Komodo Moe was one of the two Komodo dragon brothers created by Dr Nitrus Brio to try and take down Crash Bandicoot while he was gathering crystals for Dr Cortex.

Moe is a bit dimwitted and slow on his feet, but he is not somebody to mess with without a second thought. He's a master of samurai swordplay and wont hesitate to strike down foes if he feels threatened or simply annoyed at you. On top of his sword skills, he's got massive strength that is comparable to the likes of Koala Kong and Tiny Tiger.

Komodo Moe and Joe seem to keep to themselves most of the time, spending their time hanging out on X.Treme Island around a temple area they modified themselves. Because Dr Cortex never 'captured' these two, they had very little conflict with Crash Bandicoot and his friends. So they're rather neutral for the most part. The Komodo brothers even set up a race course out of boredom. 

Moe even likes to go visit Koala Kong to have a beer on the beach in the afternoon sun. Good times!
