Shelia is a brute creature, the first 'hybrid mutant' created by Dr Neo Cortex, but was considered a failure, due to being an animal beast rather than a sapient anthro like the rest of the experiments so far. She (yes, she!) ends up escaping from her enclosure and into the wilderness of Cortex Castle Island, never to be seen again....
Until several years later when she notices 'another' of her species nearby, opening up a restaurant....
