Jaseo Bilby is a bit of a mystery. He wasn't created by either Cortex or Brio, and he has the unusual power of generating electricity from his fingertips, as well as absorbing electricity to temporarily grow in size and strength. This makes him rather power-hungry and feisty, so he doesn't tend to get along very well with anybody. While his intentions aren't quite clear, he'll react aggressively with those who try and get in his way.
He's a tall and lanky guy, so he's not very strong (without enough power absorbed) but he is extremely quick and agile, and capable of jumping great heights. He wears special gloves to help contain his electricity, as he could accidentally unleash it without warning.
He arrives seemingly out of nowhere on Cortex Castle Island one day, looking for a new power source for his thirst of electricity. There he'll meet Tawna Bandicoot and form a temporary relationship out of physical attraction. Although Tawna was smitten at first, she quickly realizes that he is rather 'unstable' and the relationship turns pretty sour. She tries to leave him but he becomes aggressive, almost eliminating her before she gets away. This is when Crunch is called in for help to stop Jaseo from disrupting the lives of the inhabitants of X.Treme Island and his quest for 'ultimate' power.
