The Viscount is an odd fellow who seemingly appeared out of nowhere on Cortex Castle Island one day. Supposed to be a Tasmanian devil, he barely resembles one, lacking the physical prowess of a devil, the dark pelt of a devil and the outright aggression they're famous for.
Instead he is a rather intelligent, well mannered (yet stuck-up) fellow who doesn't like to get his hands dirty, speaks with a French accent and loves to host events for fellow Island inhabitants for cash prizes, but usually only for his own benefit. He's not on the side of evil, nor good. He doesn't care much for either.
Nobody knows where he came from, rumours say that Dr Brio created him, but the Viscount denies it. Where and whoever he is remains a downright mystery, but perhaps the clues are closer to Brio's bloodline than those may think...
